The question of the week:
What is one thing you need to stop doing?
It’s so easy focus on what we NEED to do, what we need to
start, what we need to finish, who we need to call, what we need to buy and so
on.
It’s easy to believe that in order to make things happen for
us, to grow, to achieve we need to do more.
Hold the phone!
The reality is, we might have a few or more bad habits, bad
behaviors and overall toxic actions that sabotage our hours, days and weeks.
Our ability to achieve and contribute at high levels comes
down to us aligning our thoughts and actions to the best of our capability.
So the question is: What is 1 thing you need to stop doing?
Think about this. Maybe you want to create a list of 5
things, the narrow it down to 3 and then select one.
You are just looking for one behavior.
Keep in mind that this one behavior, when eliminated should
make a huge difference throughout your day and life.
Think about how this bad habit or behavior impacts and
influences other areas of your decision making.
What can you do to replace it with a beneficial behavior?
What must you tell yourself and remind yourself daily, to
keep this behavior form coming back?
